Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges must be requested within 15 days after having received the item(s).

Returns

  1. Email Customer Service with notification that item(s) need to returned.
  2. Customer Service will contact you within 48 hours with an RA number for the return. Please write this number on the outside of your return package.
  3. Return item(s) to the following address unless specifically directed otherwise:

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. Credit will be given as soon as we are notified that item(s) have been received. This may take 1 – 2 weeks, depending upon circumstances.
  2. Customers who qualified for free shipping will have a $14 shipping charge deducted from their return if the total of the items kept falls below $75.
  3. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned items UNLESS there is a mistake in the shipping, the wrong item is shipped, the product received in defective, or a replacement item is ordered.

Exchanges

  1. Email Customer Service with notification that item(s) need to returned.
  2. Customer Service will contact you within 48 hours with an RA number for the return. Please write this number on the outside of your return package.
  3. Place an order for the replacement item. Placing a new order will expedite shipping of the new item to you. Each item shipped must be paid for prior to shipping. The cost of shipping the new items will be included in the new order.
  4. Return item(s) to the following address unless specifically directed otherwise:

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. Replacement item will be shipped out as soon as the new order is received assuming that it is in stock and available.
  2. Credit will be given for returned item as soon as we receive notification that your returned item(s) has been received by the warehouse. This may be 1-2 weeks, depending upon the circumstances.

    1. Happy to help you with this. I am sorry that I did not see this post earlier; however, I believe that I have already spoken you by telephone. Please place an order for the sizes that you need on the website. We will get your items out to you. Meanwhile, we will get an RA number for your items which do not fit, so you can get them exchanged. We will refund you for the returned items as soon as we receive them back.
